I returned my order without any hassle, and the refund came through quickly. Customer service was literally really nice about it too, so the whole thing was easier than I expected.

I did eventually get my order, so that part was fine, but the delivery was definitely slower than I thought it would be. I was hesitant to reach out to customer service because I never feel like they’re going to be very helpful, so I just waited it out. Not the worst experience, but the slow shipping was annoying.

Every time I’ve tried to use my insurance here, it feels like something goes wrong. I end up having to deal with the same frustrating insurance processing issues over and over, and it’s been a really disappointing experience.

I usually check Kinney Drugs before heading over just to make sure the hours work, they’re convenient. It’s nice being able to stop by after work or on the weekend without making a whole production out of it. For a pharmacy run, which is never exactly thrilling, they make it surprisingly painless.

I needed help and the pharmacist helped me quick, which was nice. It was not a big complicated thing, but they were friendly and got me sorted out fast.

Most of the time I get the message before I’m about to run out, which is great because I’d definitely forget otherwise. There were maybe one or two times where the reminder came a little late, but I’ll blame that on timing and not make a huge deal out of it. The site is easy enough to get around too. Overall, it’s been a good experience for me, I’d give it 4 stars.

The store is usually clean, which I appreciate, but umm, the layout can be kind of confusing. I’ve definitely wandered around more than I’d like just trying to find basic things. The staff is helpful if you ask, but I think better signs would make a big difference. It’s not a bad place to shop, just not the easiest sometimes.

I’ve been using Kinney Drugs for my regular prescriptions, their prices have been better than I expected. A couple of mine were cheaper here than at the big chain I used before, which makes me angry because it feels like I was getting overcharged for no good reason.

I been into Kinney Drugs quite a few times now and the staff is always really nice. They say hi when you walk in, help you find things, and never make you feel like your bothering them if you ask a question. The pharmacy folks are patient too, even when it gets busy. Just a good local store, I like going there

I used kinneydrugs.com for curbside pickup and it was really simple. I placed my order quickly, pulled up when it was ready, and they brought everything out fast. Worked well and I’d use it again...

I use Kinney for my prescriptions and downloaded the app thinking it would save me some time with refills. i kind of wish I had read the reviews first because it’s been more annoying than helpful. Sometimes it works fine, but other times it’s super slow or just randomly logs me out.
The refill status is probably the most frustrating part. I’ve had it say something was ready, then I get to the store or call and find out it actually isn’t. At that point, I’m still having to call the pharmacy anyway, which defeats the whole purpose of using the app.

I don’t have an issue with the pharmacy itself, I actually like going there. But the app really needs to be more dependable, especially when it’s for medications. It’s not the worst app I’ve ever used, but I definitely regret assuming it would make things easier.
